Scott Bella, Architects specializes in architectural design and planning for residential and commercial clients, primarily in norther New Jersey. Established in 1994, Scott Bella, Architects has been involved in the design of custom homes, residential additions and alterations, office/tenant fit ups, municipal work, warehouses, retail stores and restaurant design. Provided architectural services include zoning analysis, planning board and zoning board presentations, design development and construction drawings.

 

Scott Bella is a registered Architect. He graduated from Pratt Institute in New York. He is the owner of Scott Bella, Architects, the company he founded in 1994.

Scott works closely with Planning and Zoning Boards and is a member of several Architectural Advisory Boards.

His strong sense of design in residential work is well regarded and can be easily recognized.
